CHRISTMAS FRATER RESERVA
Single batch of Christmas, aged for one year in oak barrels that contained the precious red wine Frater from the famous winery Cà di Frara of Mornico Losana
in Oltrepò Pavese (PV,Lombardia,Italy).
Dark beer with intense flavors,caramel and roasted malt aromas and delicate
spices notes is complemented by soft notes donated from the cask,
with a pleasant and light scent of the wine above.
The complexity of aromas developed makes it similar to a fine liqueur.
ABV: 12.5 IBU: 22
Available by reservation only: exclusive production of 290 bottles of 75 Cl. numbered and sealed with wax.

BLACK CHERRY DROP:
Imperial Stout with the addition of cherries in the fermentation phase.
Full-body and aromatic beer, the cherries notes are combined elegantly with hints of roasted malts used.
Warm and satisfyng stout.

Tangerine Cream
TANGERINE CREAM:
Chocolate stout with the addition of tangerine peel at the end of the wort boiling.
Beer with marked spicy, almost balsamic notes given by the peel used that are well balanced by hints of chocolate donated by the malts used.
Full-bodied and fragrant, reminiscent of a chocolate cream with citrus fruits.
ABV: 8.5%
